About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to join our Asset Management Department. The role offers hands-on experience in inventory audit, asset tracking, and audit support, providing exposure to real-world processes related to fixed asset and inventory audits.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting physical verification and tagging of fixed assets across locations.

Support in inventory audits including reconciliation between physical and system records.

Maintain and update asset registers and audit documentation.

Help ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams during audit and verification activities.

Assist in preparing audit reports, variance analysis, and follow-up actions.

Support the Asset Management team in process improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, or asset management concepts.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
