Intern - Tamil - Business Development(Sales)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at ShareChat and Moj, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing strong relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, negotiating and closing sales deals, and resolving customer complaints effectively. Your role will have a tangible and significant impact on the company, contributing to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions. - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Required: - Spoken fluency in Tamil language and business proficiency in English. - Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets. - Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends, especially in the Astrology & devotion category. - Understanding of ShareChat and the target audience. - Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines. - Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags. - Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams, possessing strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution. - Detail-oriented organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
