Job Description

Position: Social Media Intern For Equalall NGO

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is eager to learn and support our digital presence. You will assist in managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping grow our online community.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, and wants hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms
Create and schedule daily content (text, images, short videos, reels, stories, etc.)
Support the implementation of social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Help track basic social media KPIs (likes, shares, reach, engagement, followers)
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
Assist in content ideation for campaigns, promotions, and awareness drives
Coordinate with designers, writers, and marketing team for content needs
Help maintain visual consistency of social media profiles
Assist in preparing simple reports and presentations for the team
Coordinate and tieup for stories.

Required Skills & Experience:

0–1 year of experience (freshers)
Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok
Interest in content creation, storytelling, and social media trends
Basic knowledge of social media metrics and engagement
Good communication and writing skills
Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback positively
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player with a proactive attitude

Educational Background:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
