We are looking for a highly motivated

Performance Marketing Intern

to join our digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about online advertising, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
planning, executing, and optimizing
paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc).
Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, PPC, and digital advertising.

Requirements

Pursuing/completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Passion for data-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Prior internship or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
