Position: Intern

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 3 or 6 months

Stipend: Rs 5000 per month

Department: Marketing / Partnerships

Reporting To: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

? Support day-to-day operations of the team.

? Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects.

? Help create and manage Partners/users for LXME's platforms.

? Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables.

? Contribute ideas to enhance LXME's women-focused financial initiatives.

? Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships.

? Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

? Current student or recent graduate in [Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications

/ Related field].

? Strong interest in women's financial empowerment and fintech.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
