Role Overview: As a Managed Services Associate Intern at Mindtickle, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and handling administrative tasks on the Mindtickle platform to cater to the unique business needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing learning programs, executing administrative tasks, facilitating content migration, maintaining strong relationships with service teams, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and communicating deliverables to clients and the internal team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee learning programs on the Mindtickle platform. - Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks on the platform. - Facilitate the migration of content files and learning programs from third-party sources. - Foster strong relationships with other service teams. - Ensure timely communication and updates to internal teams. - Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to SLAs. - Execute tasks with precision, document progress for reference, and conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audits. - Communicate deliverables to clients and the internal team. Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree. - Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Keen attention to detail and adeptness in comprehending problem statements. - Quick learner with the ability to grasp the intricacies of the Mindtickle platform and adapt to new technologies.
