As a Managed Services Associate Intern at Mindtickle, you will be responsible for overseeing learning programs on the Mindtickle platform, executing administrative tasks, and managing projects to cater to our clients" unique business needs. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with other service teams, ensure timely communication and updates throughout project lifecycles, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with precision will be crucial as you document progress for future reference and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before project handovers. Additionally, you will communicate deliverables to clients and internal teams effectively.
