This intern, for two months, would engage with both internal and external staekohlders to understand the occupier cost elements, their relative posotioning, as well as their global comparison - within warm shell, flex and related asset classes. Moreover, the project aims to find the levers of differnet scale occupiers, and compare them.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team in day-to-day tasks and project-based assignments.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing initiatives.Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights.Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates of internal records.Support in coordinating events, campaigns, or testing (based on department).
