This intern, for two months, would engage with both internal and external staekohlders to understand the occupier cost elements, their relative posotioning, as well as their global comparison - within warm shell, flex and related asset classes. Moreover, the project aims to find the levers of differnet scale occupiers, and compare them. Key Responsibilities: Assist the team in day-to-day tasks and project-based assignments. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing initiatives. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and insights. Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates of internal records. Support in coordinating events, campaigns, or testing (based on department).
