Intern HR Business Partner

Job Description: As an Intern HRBP for Outplay, you will be responsible for learning and evolving to fully own the bulk hiring process and the complete HRBP function for our Outplay product. Your role will be crucial in scaling our sales team and managing the entire employee lifecycle for the Outplay team. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee lifecycle processes, acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting the implementation and improvement of HR processes and initiatives, handling employee queries, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
