Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives and carousels for social media, website, presentations, and print.
• Support branding and marketing campaigns with compelling visual content.
• Work on UI mockups, emailers, banners, and infographics.
• Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and video editors to develop creative concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Design Skills

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Working knowledge of design principles and composition.

Branding & Identity

• Ability to design within existing brand guidelines.
• Create new visual assets that align with brand tone and values.
• Understand and apply tone, moodboards, and visual consistency.
• Work with logos, brand palettes, and typography systems.

Software Proficiency (Must-Have)

• Figma

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Canva

  (for quick-turnaround content)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and experiment.
• Effective time management and multitasking.
• Ownership mindset and creative problem-solving approach.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Illustration or doodling skills.
• UI/UX design portfolio.
• Experience with photography.-
