Intern - Grants Office

Role Overview: As a Grants Office Intern at the Office of Grants in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with the review and administration of agreements and contracts, as well as processing financial documentation. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented student or recent commerce graduate who is interested in grants management, financial monitoring, or nonprofit/academic administration. Key Responsibilities: - Review and assist in drafting grant agreements, MOUs, and service contracts. - Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of agreements and contracts with organizational and funder policies. - Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of contracts and financial documents. - Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to track documentation and clarify billing terms. - Identify discrepancies or issues in financial documentation and support in resolving them. - Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to contract and billing activities. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Degree in Commerce, preferably B. Com. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Familiarity with legal or financial documents is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
