Intern - Grants Office

The Grants Office Intern position in the Office of Grants at Hyderabad campus of Indian School of Business, reporting to the Grants Manager, involves assisting in reviewing and administering agreements, contracts, and financial documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting grant agreements, MOUs, and service contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational and funder policies, maintaining records of contracts and financial documents, liaising with internal and external partners, identifying and resolving financial discrepancies, and preparing reports related to contract and billing activities. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate Degree in Commerce, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, familiarity with legal or financial documents, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems, ability to handle sensitive information professionally, and 0-2 years of experience.
