**Job Description:** The Finance Master Data Management (MDM) Team at our company is responsible for governing, designing, and maintaining the financial master data structure that underpins all transactional processing, consolidation, and reporting across the enterprise. This function is vital for data integrity, financial compliance, and reliable business decision-making. - Establish and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for the creation, modification, and deletion of all financial master data (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers). - Ensure a "single source of truth" for critical financial data used by various departments. - Conduct data quality monitoring and cleansing activities to maintain a high level of accuracy and completeness. - Execute the day-to-day maintenance of financial master data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MDM platforms. - Manage workflow processes for data requests, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are in place for audit compliance. - Provide audit support by demonstrating a clear control framework, including change tracking and lineage, for all master data changes. - Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet). - Maintain and organize financial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting. **About Company:** Founded in 2011, our company has emerged as one of India's premier omnichannel beauty destinations, redefining the way millions shop for beauty.
