Intern - Finance

You will be responsible for timely and accurate accounting of fee receipts, generating and accounting of student debit notes, invoices, and customer receipts. Additionally, you will attend to student exit formalities and verify various types of invoices, including Open, Customised programs, Student ELP projects, and facilities invoices. It will be your duty to verify TDS certificate receipts, ensure accurate accounting, and address day-to-day student queries. You will need to verify the accuracy of transactions, approvals as per school policy, fee schedule, and terms as per customer orders/agreements. Further, you will determine account heads, enter transactions in SAP, and seek approval from the reporting manager.
