Position: Phonics & Grammar Intern
Location: On-site
Duration: 3–6 months and extendable
Eligibility: Students / Freshers / Aspiring Educators

Role Overview
As an intern at Engjoy Phonics & Grammar, you will gain hands-on exposure to early language education while working closely with experienced trainers. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching, learning, children’s development, and creative education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trainers during phonics and grammar sessions
• Support lesson preparation and learning activities
• Engage with children in a warm, encouraging manner
• Help create teaching aids, worksheets, and learning material
• Observe classes and gradually conduct supervised sessions
• Assist with basic documentation and parent communication

Who We’re Looking For

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Passion for working with children
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Patient, positive, and energetic personality
• Basic knowledge of phonics or grammar is a plus (training will be provided)
