Grade Levels: Pre-Primary to Grade 4 (Phonics), Grade 1 to Grade 7 (Grammar) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Phonics and Grammar Teacher who can manage classroom instruction, develop effective content, and handle academic responsibilities such as question paper preparation, book corrections, and creative writing assignments. The candidate must have a sound knowledge of grammar rules and phonics instruction strategies along with strong classroom management and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach Phonics and Grammar: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in phonics (blending, decoding, sounds) and grammar (parts of speech, sentence structure, tenses, etc.). Question Paper Creation: Design comprehensive and level-specific question papers for assessments in grammar and phonics. Correction Work: Check and correct student worksheets, notebooks, and answer sheets. Review and correct printed books for errors or improvements. Provide constructive feedback to students on written work. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment. Track student progress and provide individual attention where needed. Creative Writing Development: Guide students in writing paragraphs, stories, and compositions. Design writing prompts and exercises to improve expression and structure. Content Development (Optional/Preferred): Assist in the creation of new worksheets, teaching materials, and phonics/grammar-based curriculum resources.
