Intern, Device Characterization

Job Description

You will work closely with multiple subject areas and teams Strong background in solid state physics, semiconductor processing and characterization. You have a deep understanding of device operation in memory systems including NAND, DRAM, PCM, storage class, and cross-point memories. You have the passion to succeed and ability to independently learn innovative memory systems. Highly motivated with strong data analytical skills and experience in automating data analysis methods. Self-motivated and hardworking to find creative solutions to challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation including, but not totally limited to: Parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU LCR meters Network analyzers Oscilloscopes Pulse & waveform generators Wafer probers ATE and bench systems Knowledgeable in a variety of software tools and operating systems, including but not limited to: Python C/C++ Unix/Linux PJMP/JSL Minimum Qualifications: MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
