As part of the responsibilities in this role, you will work closely with multiple subject areas and teams. It is essential to have a strong background in solid-state physics, semiconductor processing, and characterization. A deep understanding of device operation in memory systems, including NAND, DRAM, PCM, storage class, and cross-point memories, is required. Your passion to succeed and ability to independently learn innovative memory systems will be crucial. Additionally, being highly motivated with strong data analytical skills and experience in automating data analysis methods is important. You should be self-motivated and hardworking to find creative solutions to challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are also necessary. Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation is key, including but not limited to parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, ATE, and bench systems. Knowledge of a variety of software tools and operating systems is required, including but not limited to Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and PJMP/JSL. Minimum Qualifications: - MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
