Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation is key, including but not limited to parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, pulse & waveform generators, wafer probers, ATE, and bench systems. Knowledge of a variety of software tools and operating systems is required, including but not limited to Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, and PJMP/JSL. Minimum Qualifications: - MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. As a Principal Engineer in the Technology Development Device Characterization group at Micron Technology, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology development by taking ownership of advanced electrical device characterization on cutting-edge memory and storage solutions.
