As a member of the Customer Experience team at Smytten in Ahmedabad, you will play a vital role in supporting engagement initiatives, resolving customer queries, and ensuring seamless communication. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer emails with accurate and timely solutions, maintaining communication quality and consistency, as well as collaborating on escalated issues and sharing feedback trends. To excel in this role, you should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate a detail-oriented approach with a passion for enhancing customer experience.
