1. Ensure 100+ Tele- Calling Every day & Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans
2. Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.
3. Coordinate with different Branch staff & managers for closure.
4. Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
5. Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
6. Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
7. The MIS reports to CRO and ensures the targets are meet.
8. Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
