Role Overview

As a Scientific Content Intern (Genomics), you will assist in creating high-quality, engaging, and scientifically accurate content that communicates complex genomics concepts to a variety of audiences—clinicians, researchers, patients, and students.

This internship is ideal for candidates with a strong background in biology/genetics/genomics and a passion for science communication and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

· Write and edit content such as:
- Blog posts, whitepapers, and website copy- Product brochures and datasheets- Explainers for NGS, PCR, MRD, PGx, Wellness Genomics- Scientific social media posts, infographics, and LinkedIn carousels

· Create educational content for healthcare professionals and life sciences students (e.g., eBooks, FAQs, case studies)

· Assist in literature research, competitive benchmarking, and referencing (PubMed, ClinVar, SNPedia, etc.)

· Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency

· Contribute to video scripts, slide decks, or animations for training and awareness campaigns

Who Should Apply

· Students or fresh graduates from: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related life science fields

· Excellent written communication skills with a flair for simplifying scientific concepts

· Prior experience in writing blogs/articles or managing scientific social handles is a plus

· Familiarity with NGS, genomics databases, or wellness/preventive healthcare trends is preferred

· Ability to meet deadlines, accept feedback, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or BioRender

· SEO optimization for scientific blogs

· Experience with LinkedIn marketing or email newsletters

· Interest in AI, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine
