Intern Camera Person

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate cameras during shoots (studio, outdoor, live events, interviews, etc.).
2. Work closely with directors and producers to capture desired shots and angles.
3. Ensure proper lighting, framing, and focus to maintain professional quality standards.
4. Manage camera equipment, including setup, calibration, and maintenance.
5. Coordinate with the production crew for smooth execution of shoots.
6. Keep updated with new camera technologies, trends, and techniques.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots to avoid delays.
8. Assist in post-production with relevant inputs on footage selection.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Camera Person/Cinematographer in production houses, media, or related industries.
2. Proficiency in handling DSLR, cinema cameras, and other professional shooting equipment.
3. Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition.
4. Knowledge of camera lenses, rigs, gimbals, and stabilizers.
5. Basic knowledge of sound recording and video editing is a plus.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic shooting schedules.
7. Creative eye with attention to detail.
