What does the team do?

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand campaign strategies that align with the brand's objectives, while overseeing the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and analyze results, providing actionable insights for future improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging
• Additionally, foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness

What Youll Do?

• Management of Brand associated Campaigns
• Coordinate with Multiple stakeholders and drive Campaign to Success Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Influencer management - Coordinate with Influencers and external agencies for brand collaboration
• Work with internal teams, such as sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial guidelines
• Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

Who are you

• Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must
• Good with Google Sheets, Docs and PPT and other office tools
• Basic knowledge on Big Query, and running SQL queries and scripts
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
• Detail-oriented organizational skills Data tracking, Database management, timely and accurate reporting
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
