Intern - Billing and Receivables

As a Billing and Receivables Intern, you will assist the billing and collections team in accurately calculating revenue, generating invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices using usage data and costing models for various modules.
• Send email communications to clients, including billing details and payment reminders.
• Reconcile internal billing data with client records to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies through thorough investigation.
• Maintain accounts receivable levels with a target of less than 10% Day 60 Receivables.
• Summarize billing data in client-specific formats as needed.
• Act as a bridge between key stakeholders, including KAM teams, Sales teams, Engineering teams, Clients, and Finance teams.
• Prepare month-end reports, showcasing revenue trends and insights.
• Issue receipts for successful payments and notify prepaid clients nearing exhaustion of balances.
