Job Description HR Intern (Sourcing)

Position: HR Intern – Sourcing

Department: Talent Acquisition / HR

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end candidate sourcing. The role involves identifying, engaging, and attracting potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

Source relevant profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.

Conduct keyword-based searches and filter candidates as per job requirements.

Maintain an updated and structured candidate database.

Identify new sourcing methods and creative ways to reach potential talent.

2. Screening Support

Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess basic suitability (as required).

Share shortlisted profiles with the HR team/hiring managers.

3. Pipeline Management

Maintain trackers for sourced profiles, outreach, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely communication and feedback coordination with candidates.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring priorities.

Share accurate daily/weekly sourcing reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing platforms.

Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
