We work to spread Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness, support grassroots innovations, and empower startups, MSMEs, researchers, and educational institutions. Our mission is to transform breakthrough ideas into protected intellectual assets by providing technical guidance, capacity building, and assistance in areas related to innovation, IP protection, infringement, and counterfeiting. IAIPF collaborates with academia, industry partners, and R&D institutions to foster a culture of creativity, research, and entrepreneurship. Role Description IAIPF is looking for dynamic and motivated Interns to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid internship based in Kanpur, with flexibility for remote engagement. As an intern, you will actively contribute to initiatives aimed at promoting IPR awareness and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting research on IP policies, innovation trends, and relevant sectors Creating high-quality content for reports, presentations, social media, and awareness initiatives Assisting in planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs Supporting ongoing projects through documentation, coordination, and technical inputs Collaborating with internal teams, experts, and external stakeholders to drive impact Qualifications LLB / LLM students Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills Proficiency in content writing, documentation, and report preparation Effective communication and presentation abilities Basic knowledge of IPR or a strong interest in the innovation/startup ecosystem Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive and organized approach Familiarity with MS Office tools and virtual meeting platforms Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate in Law, Engineering, Management, Science, or related fields Interest in entrepreneurship and working with startups will be an added advantage If you are passionate about innovation, creativity, and contributing to India’s IP-led growth story, we would love to have you on board! #InternshipOpportunity #IAIPF #IntellectualProperty #IPR #Innovation #StartupEcosystem #ResearchInternship #HybridInternship #KanpurJobs #YouthForInnovation #MSME #Entrepreneurship #SkillDevelopment #HiringNow
