What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll work across the full lifecycle of a real estate project, getting exposure to multiple teams and on-ground realities:

• Market Research & Feasibility: Understand Thane’s dynamic real estate trends, price benchmarking, and what makes a project click.
• Project Planning & Design Coordination: Assist in coordinating with architects, consultants, and internal teams on layouts, regulations, and timelines.
• Government Approvals & RERA: Learn the ropes of navigating local approvals, compliance, and documentation.
• Sales Strategy & Marketing: Collaborate on pricing, positioning, branding, and digital outreach.
• On-site Construction Exposure: Visit live sites, understand the engineering decisions, and document progress.
• Resident Relations & Redevelopment: Sit in society meetings, take feedback, and balance expectations vs. feasibility.
• Costing, Budgeting, and Vendor Management: See how every rupee is accounted for and learn how real deals are negotiated.

Who You Are:

• A student or recent graduate of architecture, engineering, business, planning, law, or related fields.
• Strong communication and documentation skills (English, Marathi/Hindi a bonus).
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or walk into tough meetings.
• Comfortable with Excel, basic design or project tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
