Key Roles and responsibilities

We are in search of an individual who will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive services to our clients. This position offers exposure to various domains, including but not limited to:

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFs.
• Preparation of work papers substantiating Financial Statement balances
• Preparing compliance filing and returns such as FBT, BAS and IAS
• Expert Financial Reporting across a diverse range of business entities
• Skilful Tax Compliance for entities of various structures, alongside detailed advisory services
• In-depth Research into taxation and business matters
• Proficiency in widely used accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, BGL, etc.

To be considered for this role, your background should ideally include:

• Qualified or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Proficient in Xero is a must. Exposure to MYOB is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business services within a chartered accounting context
• Knowledge of payroll regulations
• Knowledge of GST matters.
• Xero Accreditation is recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
