We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Java Software Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The responsibilities of this role include delivering high-quality Java software solutions, ensuring minimal defects, and adhering to project timelines. Key Responsibilities: **Communication Skills:** - Provide regular status reports to stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver leadership presentations. - Facilitate effective team communication. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery. - Proactively identify and resolve issues independently. **Collaborative Working:** - Assist colleagues and peers in troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Foster a collaborative team environment. **Self-Development:** - Commit to learning at least one new skill annually. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Project Delivery:** - Ensure planned projects and enhancements are delivered on time with QA and V&V cleared software. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 2 to 4 years of experience. - 2 years of experience in Java 11.x or above. - Front-end experience with React, Angular, or similar technologies. - Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database. - Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Understanding of RESTFUL API development and integration. - Experience with version control systems like Git. Location: This is a Hybrid opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work in India. Salary Range: INR 8,00,000 to 10,00,000. The compensation provided is an estimate for this position, with actual salary determination based on specific skills and years of experience. Geographic location may also influence compensation.
