Youll take technology to unimaginable places and really make a difference for UPS and our customers.ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft SQL Server database developer must be able to develop and maintain transactional database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects. The candidate must be able to create and update databases based on requirements and must collaborate with other developers to accomplish objectives. The database developer is also responsible for performance analysis, recommendations for improvements and deployments across multiple application environments.Primary Skills Experience with SQL and MSSQL Server is required. Experience with database tools and the ability to work with complex routines are required. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly. Attention to detail, can work independently and a great team player. Familiarity with J2EE application development is a plus. The candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications 5+ years of experience Bachelors Degree or International equivalent
