Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed

  2D drawings

  working plans

  for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Convert design concepts, sketches, and site measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
• Coordinate with

  designers, architects, and project teams

  to ensure drawings reflect the latest design intent.
• Develop

  furniture layouts

  ,

  ceiling plans

  ,

  electrical layouts

  , and

  detailed joinery drawings

  .
• Maintain organized drawing files and ensure all revisions are properly updated.
• Assist in

  BOQ preparation

  by providing accurate measurements and material details.
• Conduct

  site visits

  when required to take measurements or verify drawing accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in

  Civil Engineering

  ,

  Architecture

  , or

  Interior Design

  .
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in

  AutoCAD drafting

  for interior or architectural projects.
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD 2D

  (knowledge of 3D or SketchUp is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of
