Interior Stylist

The role of an Interior Stylist requires creativity and skill to transform homes into beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces. As an Interior Stylist, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget. You will develop personalized design plans and mood boards, optimize furniture placement for functionality and aesthetics, select decor items such as artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs, and create harmonious color schemes. It is essential to design within the customer's budget while ensuring client satisfaction through regular updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure, as well as leading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring clients" visions to life. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer and have contributed to 5 to 6 Turnkey or Full Home Residential projects. External Skills And Expertise: - Graduation or relevant Diploma with 15 years of Academic education. - Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design including layout, style, and mood boards. - Strong understanding of material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning. - Sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitch. - Behavioral attributes such as being result-oriented, a team player, having integrity and ethics, and communicating crisply and meaningfully. - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.,
