Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our growing interior design team. You will play a key role in managing on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring that design plans are followed precisely, work is completed on time, and client expectations are exceeded. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of site supervision experience who are passionate about interiors, execution quality, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site activities and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and vendors. Interpret design drawings and ensure execution aligns with the approved plans and materials. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and design standards. Track project timelines, report progress to the design team, and resolve on-site issues. Maintain site records, daily work logs, and material updates. Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams during site execution. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / related field. Freshers with a strong interest in site execution are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of site handling experience in interiors will be preferred. Strong understanding of basic materials, finishes, and construction methods. Good communication skills and ability to lead a team on-site. Ability to travel to project sites when needed.
