Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all interior site activities.
• Manage carpenters, painters, electricians, fabricators, and other labour teams.
• Monitor ongoing work quality and ensure timely completion.
• Take in-time and out-time site photos and share daily site reports.
• Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available as required.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients for smooth workflow.
• Follow safety standards and maintain site discipline.
• Handle basic measurement, site marking, and work allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  interior site supervision

  (minimum 6 months).
• Strong understanding of interior work—carpentry, painting, electrical, civil, false ceiling, etc.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage labour teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
• Must be willing to travel to Tamil Nadu project sites.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
