Supervise day-to-day interior site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Ensure the correct installation of materials (flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, lighting, etc.) as per approved drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials comply with specifications.
Manage workforce productivity, attendance, and performance.
Track materials and coordinate timely delivery to avoid project delays.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager accordingly.
Resolve any site issues or discrepancies in collaboration with design and technical teams.
Attend project meetings and provide on-site insights.
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in supervising interior fit-out projects (residential/commercial).
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural/MEP drawings.
Good organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, site reporting apps, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
