Interior Site Supervisor- Fresher

As an Operations Manager at FabModula Interiors, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site. This will involve understanding client requirements and acting as a liaison between clients and different departments within the organization. It is crucial for you to comprehend the technical requirements of the work and effectively communicate them to others. Your role will also include providing positive direction to motivate and ensure quality performance, setting project goals, overseeing projects to completion, and effectively communicating with clients regarding implementation queries. Ideally, you should have experience in implementing interiors for high-end premium villas and residential projects. Your excellent communication skills will be essential for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Additionally, you will be required to prepare interim and final reports for submission to clients and management.
