Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing site execution for interior design projects, particularly those involving developer projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, consultants, and in-house design teams for project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate delays or deviations to the Project Manager.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify and monitor contractor/vendor work, quality checks, and timely billing measurements.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Liaise with developers for approvals, inspections, and handovers.
• Maintain proper documentation for work completion, site instructions, and safety compliance.
• Handle snag lists and ensure project closure within stipulated deadlines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
• Experience in developer-driven projects (residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality control, site safety, and resource planning.
• Good communication and coordination skills with contractors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic understanding), and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
