Interior Site Lead/Site In Charge(Pan-India)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding of design and scope of work
• Working closely with vendors in smooth site execution
• Handling contractors and getting the required deliverables from them on time
• Control wastage on site through efficient usage of material
• Ensuring quality execution of site based quality parameters
• Advance planning of material for smooth purchase and delivery
• Ensuring on time ordering of material as per the execution plan
• Ensuring on-time completion of site as per the plan
• Finding solutions for technical issues at site
• Be a bridge of communication among the vendor, organization and client
• Ensuring proper storage of unused material to ensure reusability
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries
• Verifying billing and measurements
• Taking project sign off and providing handover to client.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Person with 8-10 years of experience & Proven track record of executing turnkey interior fit-out projects preferably in commercial spaces (Food and retail outlets, kiosks)
• Sound knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical and various MEP works
• Should be able to read and analyze drawings and BOQ
• Having measurement and billing knowledge
• Willing to travel to different cities across India and stationed there for entire project duration
• Ready to work in night shifts as required
• Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines and customer requirements
• Ability to coordinate with client, Sub-Contractors & suppliers etc.
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use MS-Office and other relevant tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
