Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should be able to deliver the project site within the stipulated time frame.
Supervision and understanding of the project site, capacity to manage and control all agencies and contractors at the site.
Good knowledge of product usage and details, eye for finishing and quality control.
Verifying 2D working drawings with 3D on site.
Supervising site readiness checklist and preparing timelines.
On site measurements for preparing BOQs.
Onsite marking of furniture layout & electrical points etc.
Coordinate with the design team, purchase team & daily follow up with related vendors / contractors.
Should take ownership of work and be professional in keeping up the deadlines.
