We’re Hiring: Sales – Interior Design

Krish-V Global is a leading Interior firm committed to delivering thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for self-motivated and experienced Sales team members to join our team and help drive growth by connecting our creative vision with the right clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify new sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed projects

· Understand client needs and collaborate with the design team to present tailored solutions

· Conduct client meetings, design briefings, and project walkthroughs

· Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and sales documentation

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

· Sales Responsibilities

· Ensure smooth handover to execution teams

· Generate referrals through relationship building

Requirements:

· Any Bachelor’s degree with Good Communication Skill

· 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in interior designing, architecture, real estate, or related sectors)

· Negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Ability to understand design proposals and explain them effectively to clients

· Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

· A customer-focused, target-driven approach
