Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Planning and Billing Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Interior Planning and Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying. The role includes daily interactions with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, and maintaining detailed records of materials and costs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting Rate Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in managing Billing Systems
• Expertise in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
