Interior factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Factory Supervisor to join our Interior Manufacturing Unit in Cherthala.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations in the interior factory.
• Review and manage cutting lists for production accuracy.
• Coordinate with the design and site teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Maintain safety and discipline inside the factory.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a factory/production supervisor in interior or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cutting lists, material planning, and production flow.
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
