Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer specializing in Modular Designs, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include creating innovative designs and layouts for modular interiors, handling space planning and optimization, preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications, collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure design objectives are met, and selecting appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet aesthetic and functional requirements. The Interior Designer will also oversee the implementation of designs and ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and optimizing layouts for both commercial and residential settings
• Strong knowledge of Architecture principles and ability to create detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience in Interior Design with emphasis on modular design solutions
• Expertise in FF&E selection and integration to meet client design preferences
• Proven project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field
• Prior experience in modular interior design is a plus
