Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, appointments, and assigned leads at the Experience Centre
Understand client requirements, layouts, budgets, and timelines
Present modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior solutions using EC setups and digital tools
Prepare and explain quotations; follow up on leads and support/close deals
Maintain CRM hygiene and share regular activity and sales reports
Coordinate with designers, DPs, marketing, and CRM teams
(Senior) Own EC sales & GMV targets and lead/mentor Junior EC Officers
(Senior) Review pipelines, pricing, and provide market & design insights

Skills & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Design Management
Junior:
24 years of modular interior/showroom sales experience
Senior:
4–6 years of modular interior/showroom sales experience
Knowledge of modular products, floor plans, finishes, and pricing
Familiarity with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Cohoom preferred
Strong communication, client-handling, and sales closure skills
(Senior) Team leadership and decision-making capability
