Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee - Interior Designer to assist in designing and enhancing our retail showrooms, office spaces, and other environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of interior design and work with a prestigious brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts for retail showrooms, office spaces, and other environments.
• Create mood boards, BOQ preparation, sketches, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.
• Collaborate with senior designers to select materials, colors, furniture, and decor.
• Assist in space planning and layout design to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Support in preparing detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products.
• Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and standards.
• Participate in site visits and assist in project execution.
• Maintain organized records of design projects and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with retail or luxury space design.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects or academic work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
