Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs, project requirements, and budget constraints to conceptualize interior design solutions. Create design concepts, mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with the design concept. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and presentations for client approvals. Coordinate with in-house architects, engineers, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution of designs. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design adherence. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
