Interior Designer – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design ideas for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Create detailed layouts, mood boards, 3D renderings, and material boards.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, floor plans, and color schemes.
• Select and source furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and on-site supervision for installations and quality checks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technology in interior design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Experience in modular furniture, turnkey projects, or custom décor solutions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
