Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer with proven experience in Corporate (Office) Interiors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior environments that align with our clients business needs and brand identity. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interior layouts and concepts for office spaces. Prepare detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views. Coordinate with consultants and service vendors (MEP, HVAC, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. Develop mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and assist in budgeting for projects. Generate accurate and comprehensive working drawings for on-site execution. Participate in site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve design-related issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD , AutoCAD 2D, MS Office (Excel) , and PowerPoint . Strong visualization and presentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Optional): Knowledge of 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar. Understanding of building codes and workplace design standards.
